At Pablosky, we want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly and meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original Pablosky packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
